Say someone from your past named ‘Wendy’ teased you, pissed you off, broke your heart or was just a jerk. And now, no matter what, whenever you meet someone new named Wendy, the association of the first ‘Wendy’ is just too unshakable. The new Wendys are doomed. The name is forever toxic.

Common Sense Signs

Do not flush diapers. No littering. Wear your seat belt. Stay back from edge of cliff. No smoking at gas station pump. No cell phones in the library. No crying babies in the movie theatre. No returns on underwear or bikinis. Don’t play dress-up with a plastic bag over your head. Don’t play with guns.

Permanent Press Cycle on a Washing Machine

Please tell me what permanent press is used for. I don’t know anyone that uses the permanent press option on their machine. I also don’t know what type of clothes would need a permanent press setting. Yet, I see it on every machine. No one uses it and no one knows what it is for. I used it the other day because I felt bad for it.
